Chief AI Officer (CAIO), Consultant

The Company is seeking a Chief AI Officer (CAIO) Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end AI transformation projects, working closely with enterprise clients to shape and implement impactful AI strategies. This role involves leading technical discovery, solution design, and implementation processes, as well as building AI strategy roadmaps and identifying high-value use cases. The ideal candidate should be fluent or native in Dutch, have a strong technical foundation in AI, including LLMs, RAG modeling, and modern AI frameworks, and possess the ability to lead technical transformations within client environments. Applicants for the CAIO Consultant position at the company should have a strong architectural understanding of AI systems, experience in contributing to software tools with AI components, and be proficient in agent frameworks, Python or R, GitHub, and Azure.
