Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational development of its HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire HR policy, ensuring it is in line with the corporate strategy and future-oriented. This includes the development and implementation of HR policies that support the business strategy, professionalization, and organizational development. The CHRO will also be a key figure in guiding change processes, developing talent and leadership strategies, and managing social relations. A strong focus on digitizing HR processes and leveraging HR analytics is essential, as is the ability to lead and inspire an experienced HR team. The ideal candidate for the CHRO position at the company will have a Master's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years in a senior HR management role, and a proven track record in both hard and soft HR. Experience in a multi-site organization with diverse employee populations is a must. The role requires a strategic thinker with pragmatic execution skills, an authentic and connecting leader, and a data-driven, analytical professional. The CHRO will be expected to be entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and decisive, with the ability to coach, inspire, and be approachable. Fluency in Dutch and very good professional knowledge of French is also a key requirement.
