Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational development of its HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire HR policy, ensuring it is in line with the business strategy and future-oriented. This includes actively contributing to professionalization, organizational development, and guiding complex change processes. The CHRO will also be tasked with developing and implementing a modern talent and leadership strategy, performance management, and a competitive reward policy. Managing social relations, and social dialogue, and further digitizing HR processes are also key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate for the CHRO position at the company is an experienced HR leader with a Master's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years in a senior HR management role, and a strong background in both hard and soft HR. They should have a proven track record in change management, organizational development, and social dialogue, as well as experience in managing and developing HR teams. The role requires an individual who is a strategic thinker, an authentic and connecting leader, analytically strong, data-driven, entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and decisive. The CHRO will be expected to be fluent in Dutch and have a very good professional knowledge of French, and to be adept at building bridges between the executive board, management, and the operational organization.
