The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational development of its HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a future-oriented HR policy that is in line with the business strategy, contributing to organizational development, and acting as a key partner within the executive team. This role involves guiding complex change processes, developing talent and leadership strategies, and managing social relations. The CHRO will also be tasked with further digitizing HR processes and leveraging HR analytics, as well as leading and inspiring an experienced HR team to foster a high-performing organizational culture. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should be experienced HR leaders with a Master's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years in a senior HR management role, and a strong background in both hard and soft HR. The role requires a strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach, excellent change management skills, and a proven track record in organizational development and social dialogue. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and have a very good professional knowledge of French, and possess the ability to connect with and lead a diverse workforce.
