Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a transformational role within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the identification and definition of business strategies in collaboration with the management team, as well as overseeing the financial IT system, finance and accounting professionals, and the economics resources to ensure the achievement of established deliverables. This role involves determining finance KPIs, participating in the definition of financial reports for decision-making, and making recommendations on corrective measures. The CFO will also be tasked with controlling general accounting, taxation, and preparing annual accounts, while analyzing market trends to anticipate business difficulties and develop solutions. Mid and long-term forecasting, budgetary control, and managing relationships with investors and investment institutions are also key responsibilities. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a university degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field, with an MBA or financial certifications being a plus. A very high level of English and Spanish is required, along with at least 15 years of experience as a financial director or in a similar role within a top-ranked FMCG or global multinational company, preferably in the consumer goods industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, consolidation, and reporting, as well as experience in managing and developing multicultural teams. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and transformational skills are essential, as is the ability to drive change, continuous improvement, and influence stakeholders. The CFO should also possess excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and presentation skills, and be proactive, self-driven, and have a strong ownership mindset.
