Chief Financial Officer (CFO), FMCG

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a strategic role as the right-hand person to the CEO. The successful candidate will be tasked with maximizing business value, implementing financial efficiency processes, and ensuring the rigorous management of the group's various companies. This includes leading financial, budgetary, and strategic planning, achieving profitability and cash generation targets, and identifying opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency. The CFO will also be responsible for financial transformation, excellence, and digitization, as well as managing treasury and financing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions and investors. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or postgraduate training in corporate finance being a plus. A minimum of 10 years' experience in senior finance roles, particularly in industrial companies within the food or consumer goods sector, is required. The role demands a leader with a strong business orientation, a focus on profitability and cash management, and a proven track record in professionalizing financial processes and leading high-performing teams. Key competencies include inspirational leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to influence and mobilize teams. Experience in corporate transactions, M&A, and a background in working with shareholders and family businesses is highly valued.
