Head of People Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of People Operations to serve as the Senior Human Resources executive, with a focus on shaping the organization's people strategy, enhancing its culture, and supporting its growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR technology. Key responsibilities for the Head of People Operations include partnering with the executive leadership team to align people strategy with business objectives, driving workforce and succession planning, and leading change management initiatives. The role also involves coaching and developing leaders, enhancing HR systems and processes, and ensuring a high-performing, engaged, and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, a proven track record in building and leading HR strategy, and strong business acumen. They should possess broad expertise across all major HR disciplines, a collaborative leadership style, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in leading organizational change and developing high-performing teams is essential.
