The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its philanthropic efforts in support of intercollegiate athletics. The successful candidate will be a visionary, relationship-driven leader with a proven track record in fundraising, particularly in the area of major gifts. This role is pivotal in providing strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the organization, with a focus on driving philanthropic growth across major gifts, donor stewardship, and alumni engagement. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing a team, setting and achieving ambitious fundraising goals, and building a major gifts program from the ground up.
