Associate Vice President, Relationship Management Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Associate for Relationship Management in the China and Hong Kong market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key relationships with major financial institutional clients, market infrastructure providers, and relevant regulatory bodies in the region. This role involves ensuring effective communication, delivering a high level of service, and actively working to expand the company's market presence. The Senior Associate will also be tasked with developing new business opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, and maintaining excellent relationships with both existing and prospective customers. Applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree and 3 to 6 years of experience in the securities or banking business, with a preference for those with a background in financial market infrastructures, custodian banks, or securities services houses. A strong understanding of KYC and AML frameworks, client onboarding, and experience with institutional clients is essential. The role requires outstanding communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, flexible, and a team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
