Senior Vice President, Corporate Banking, Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking an SVP for Corporate Banking, Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, deepening existing client relationships, and improving income generation through business development activities. This role involves negotiating and structuring credit facilities, preparing credit proposals, and managing credit and operational risks. The SVP will also be tasked with expanding the customer base to increase the company's market share in the NBFI segment. Applicants must have a university degree in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 8 years' experience in credit analysis, sales and marketing, and customer relationship management, with a proven track record in the NBFI sector. Strong sales and customer service orientation, as well as the ability to work under pressure, are essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong growth mindset, the ability to lead change, and a high level of customer centricity. Professional qualifications such as HKSI and IIQE licenses, as well as ECF and/or CB certifications, are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage, and must demonstrate resilience, the ability to influence and lead positively, and a dedication to delivering exceptional quality services.
