Head of Legal

The Company is seeking a Head of Legal to join its senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with over 15 years' of experience, including a strong background in commercial, regulatory, and governance matters. The Head of Legal will be responsible for providing legal support on major projects, commercial transactions, and contractual negotiations, as well as advising on construction, procurement, licensing, and other operational matters. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to deliver commercially practical legal solutions while safeguarding the organization's interests.
