Head of IT Governance

The Company is seeking a Head of IT Governance to lead the development and implementation of a robust IT governance strategy across all business units and associated entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of ISMS practices, driving ISO 27001 certification efforts, and ensuring the comprehensive implementation of the DPDP Act. A key aspect of the role is to champion ITIL-based frameworks to foster a process-oriented IT environment and to establish a governance-first mindset that ensures adherence to internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building an IT governance culture aligned with industry standards, particularly ISO 27001. This includes the rollout of ISMS across IT and other functions at the group level, defining and documenting IT processes in line with ITIL standards, and strengthening governance to ensure process-driven security for all IT systems and processes. The role also involves periodic reporting of governance and compliance status to top management, conducting security threat assessments, and driving the closure of threats. Additionally, the Head of IT Governance will be responsible for conducting regular and surprise audits to ensure compliance with ISMS policies and procedures, ultimately aiming to achieve ISO 27001 certification for the company and its group entities.
