The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join its EMEA Fund Finance team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the regional finance function, acting as a primary point of coordination across a broad network of internal and external stakeholders. This role involves leading all core fund accounting and administration activities, including the oversight of the NAV close process, investor capital activity, and various financial calculations. The individual will also be responsible for providing technical accounting guidance, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and partnering with senior stakeholders to enhance governance and drive scalable operating processes. Applicants must be qualified accountants with a strong background in fund structures, fund accounting, and investor servicing within closed-ended investment vehicles. Advanced technical accounting knowledge, particularly under IFRS, is essential, and experience with other GAAPs is advantageous. The role requires a proactive, solutions-driven approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The candidate should have a proven track record of managing teams, be highly organized, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include overseeing relationships with external auditors and advisors, as well as contributing to strategic initiatives and process improvement projects across the EMEA finance platform.
