Vice President of Data Center Infrastructure

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Data Center Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded engineering leader with a focus on expanding the company's presence in high-demand infrastructure environments, particularly in data center programs and industrial power assets. This executive role is pivotal in guiding strategic growth, strengthening execution across complex technical programs, and shaping a growing market segment. The VP will be responsible for leading the business in data center infrastructure, driving market expansion, and owning business performance. Building and maintaining executive-level relationships, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and strengthening team capability are also key aspects of the position. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least ten years of related engineering experience. A Professional Engineering license is also preferred. The role requires a candidate with strong business acumen, leadership capability, and technical engineering expertise, particularly in data centers, power generation, industrial manufacturing, or similar complex infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive business development, strategic growth, and sector P&L performance, as well as excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills. The VP should be adept at operating in evolving markets and be prepared to influence the direction of the company's infrastructure portfolio.
