Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-driven healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the company through its next phase of growth, with a focus on geographic expansion, payer strategy, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the California Medi-Cal ecosystem, including Managed Care Plans, reimbursement models, and regulatory landscape. The CEO will be tasked with leading the strategic expansion of the company's footprint, deepening partnerships, and evolving payer relationships to support the organization's whole-person and human-centered care model. Additionally, the role involves building the operational infrastructure necessary for sustainable growth, leading the financial strategy, and ensuring the organization's long-term sustainability. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' executive leadership experience within a healthcare delivery or services organization. A proven track record in scaling and transforming healthcare enterprises, as well as experience in financial and philanthropic leadership, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in nonprofit governance, experience with multi-site operations, and a strong infrastructure mindset. Preferred qualifications include experience in value-based care, organizational expansion across multiple states, and a background in AI, digital innovation, or human-centered design principles in healthcare. The CEO will also be expected to partner closely with clinical leaders to ensure the continued excellence of the care model and to foster a culture of mission alignment, transparency, and accountability within the organization.
