Head of International Legal

The Company is seeking a Head of International Legal to play a pivotal role in the organization's global growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the international legal function, serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. This role involves providing legal support for a wide range of international business activities, including strategic partnerships, major client engagements, technology collaborations, investments, acquisitions, and new business initiatives. The Head of International Legal will also be tasked with structuring, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions, as well as identifying and managing legal risks associated with international growth. Applicants for the Head of International Legal position at the company should have a law degree from a reputable university, with qualifications as a PRC lawyer and additional qualifications in common law jurisdictions being highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international legal practice, particularly in the areas of technology, AI, digital platforms, and data-related businesses. Experience in team building, organizational development, and a proven track record of supporting international business expansion and cross-border transactions are essential. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
