Collaboration with various internal stakeholders is essential to support business growth, and the candidate is expected to ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk governance standards. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CNY and USD IRS trading, preferably from leading financial institutions. Strong analytical, quantitative, and commercial acumen, as well as a business development mindset, are required.
