Vice President, Client Reporting

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Client Reporting, a key role responsible for delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely reports to institutional clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships through the provision of a wide range of reports, from daily to quarterly, and including those required for regulatory compliance. This role involves close collaboration with various internal departments such as sales, product, operations, compliance, and technology to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of services provided to institutional clients. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the financial services sector, with a preference for those with a background in the asset management industry. A strong understanding of performance calculations and investment accounting is essential, as is prior experience in client and fund reporting. The role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and numeracy, as well as the ability to manage stakeholder relationships, customize reports for individual clients, and effectively handle problem-solving and risk management. The ideal candidate will be a university graduate or above, with excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, and a client-focused approach to delivering superior outcomes through reliable and consistent reporting.
