The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the long-term vision, aligning operational plans with business development, and overseeing key functions such as engineering, production, supply chain, quality, and project management. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven leadership style, who can drive process standardization, monitor KPIs, and lead corrective actions. The Managing Director will also be tasked with building and developing high-performing multidisciplinary teams, supporting organizational integration, and ensuring cultural alignment. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, with an MBA being a plus.
