Associate General Counsel, Americas Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel for the Americas to join their dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be a key legal advisor, providing support on a wide range of legal matters, including commercial transactions, employment issues, corporate governance, data privacy, and compliance activities. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience, a Juris Doctor degree, and active bar membership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, particularly in the technology and SaaS sectors, and experience in employment law. A proactive, business-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment are essential. Key responsibilities for the Associate General Counsel include negotiating and managing various commercial agreements, advising on employment and people-related matters, and ensuring legal compliance in all activities.
