Associate Vice President, Data Architect Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking a Data Architect to join their team. The successful candidate will be part of a professional group that is dedicated to executing the company's data strategy. This includes recognizing data as a valuable asset, managing data risk, and ensuring compliance with data standards and policies. The role also involves using analytics and data science to derive insights and implementing and maintaining data technologies. The Data Architect will work closely with the Chief Data and Analytics Officer to refine and uphold the data strategy, and will be responsible for ensuring that data services align with the original strategy and support implementation change teams. Applicants for the Data Architect position at the company should have 5 to 12 years of experience in a relevant field and be able to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for non-technical stakeholders. The role requires the ability to define data standards, patterns, and architectural principles to ensure consistency and scalability across data initiatives. While not mandatory, knowledge of the asset management domain is beneficial, as is experience with product-led thinking and the ability to design and build data products for analytics and AI. The ideal candidate will be a good team player, capable of working with global and local teams, and will have a strong focus on fostering and maintaining good relationships.
