The Company is seeking a Head of Trust Services to lead its trust team at the Bern location. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for SME clients, providing comprehensive support in the areas of finance, VAT, payroll administration, and social security. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality and timely accounting, as well as the preparation and professional verification of various financial statements. The Head of Trust Services will also be responsible for the leadership and coaching of a team, maintaining and developing client relationships, and contributing to the further development of the trust services division. Applicants must have a Swiss Federal Certificate in Fiduciary Services or a degree as a certified fiduciary expert, with several years of experience in the fiduciary sector, particularly in providing support to SME clients. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in finance and accounting, VAT, payroll, and social security, as well as initial management experience or demonstrable leadership potential. An entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and a strong customer and service orientation are essential. The ideal candidate will have a well-established professional network in the Bern region and be fluent in German, with knowledge of English and French being an advantage.
