They will also provide senior oversight of study operations, manage operational risks, and oversee CRO and vendor partnerships. Applicants must have a degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 12 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a strong background in both drug development and medical/clinical study operations. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in building and scaling operational organizations, particularly in complex, global environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance standards, as well as the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
