The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the seamless coordination of day-to-day operations across various service lines. The COO will be responsible for directing activities in inpatient, outpatient, procedural, and ancillary services, ensuring that all departments work in harmony to meet the organization's operational and performance goals. This includes establishing operational priorities, performance expectations, and accountability structures to drive the medical center's performance in clinical quality, patient experience, team member engagement, growth, and financial results. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical leadership to lead initiatives that enhance patient flow, throughput, access, and capacity management, while also fostering a culture of safety, high reliability, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a proven track record of top-decile performance. The role requires a leader with comprehensive knowledge of hospital operations, clinical systems, and healthcare delivery models, as well as strong financial and operational acumen. The ideal candidate will have experience in a tertiary or quaternary care environment and be adept at leading large-scale organizations through complex change, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. A humble, servant-leader orientation and the ability to engage all levels of the organization are essential, as is the ability to synthesize and interpret large amounts of quality and financial data. An advanced degree in a related field is also a necessary qualification for this role.
