The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to create a premier AI-native workforce pipeline. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading strategic decision-making, and shaping the future of the company's training programs and job placement initiatives. This includes managing the finance, operations, and people functions, and architecting the systems necessary to scale the mission and impact. The COO will also be instrumental in organizational design, business operations, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. The role demands a transformative leader with a strong background in business operations, a history of cultivating elite teams, and a deep commitment to the mission of economic transformation and expanded opportunity for low-income and underrepresented communities. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have 8-12 years' of experience in business operations or leadership roles, with a preference for those who have a background in both strategy/consulting and hands-on operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational system architecture, performance management, and organizational design. A high tolerance for ambiguity, a bias toward building, and a deep motivation for the company's mission are essential. The role requires an individual with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, experience in leading strategic finance functions, and a history of success in driving enterprise-wide execution. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred, and the candidate should be adept at fostering a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and mission alignment.
