Head of Property & Facilities Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Property and Facilities Management to take on a pivotal role in overseeing property and facilities operations across multiple international locations. This senior leadership position is not limited to traditional estates management; it involves taking ownership of a significant corporate property portfolio, leading major workplace transformation programs, and developing a long-term property strategy that aligns with business growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the property portfolio, from lease negotiations and planning to high-profile office relocations, refurbishments, and workplace modernization projects. The role also includes influencing board-level decision-making, managing landlord relationships, and driving workplace innovation to ensure a commercially effective, compliant, and future-focused portfolio. To excel in this role, candidates must have a proven track record in managing corporate occupier property portfolios, leading projects, negotiating leases, and influencing senior stakeholders within a complex organization. Experience in professional services, corporate occupier, or similar environments is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and ideally have BIFM membership. Key responsibilities for the Head of Property and FM include leading the strategy for the corporate property portfolio, delivering major workplace transformation, refurbishment, and relocation programs, and leading and developing an established workplace and facilities team. The role requires a strategic thinker who can drive operational excellence and ensure that the property portfolio meets the needs of the business and its employees.
