Associate Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Associate Executive Director to support the Executive Director in managing a chapter and fostering a collaborative, donor-focused culture among staff, donors, volunteers, care professionals, sponsors, and community partners. Responsibilities include helping set revenue goals, annual objectives, and budgets; managing fundraising events and campaigns; cultivating corporate sponsors and individual donors; and developing volunteer recruitment initiatives. The role also oversees chapter operations, supports staff hiring and development, resolves issues, and ensures financial and audit requirements are met. The Associate Executive Director will represent the organization at events and communicate its services and mission to community stakeholders. Candidates should have at least eight years of relevant nonprofit experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity. A four-year college degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to prioritize and stay organized are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also expected.
