Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a President and CEO to lead its mission of creating equity and justice for people living with and vulnerable to HIV and chronic conditions. The successful candidate will be a visionary, mission-driven executive with a strong background in strategic leadership, fundraising, and fiscal management. This role is pivotal in advancing the organization's strategic priorities, including leading the effort to end the HIV epidemic, expanding supportive housing models, and implementing a comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion plan. The President and CEO will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative programs, maintaining relationships with key partners, and representing the organization as a prominent voice for HIV/AIDS justice and racial health equity.
