The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its philanthropic efforts and community impact. The CEO will be responsible for providing visionary and collaborative leadership, executing the strategic goals in partnership with the Board, and ensuring the organization's financial health and sustainability. This role involves leading asset development through various giving channels, diversifying the donor base, and fostering a culture of innovative philanthropy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of senior executive management experience, a proven track record in fundraising, and a strong understanding of community foundation operations. They should be a strategic thinker, adept at building and maintaining relationships, and have a passion for the mission and vision of the organization. Key responsibilities for the CEO include strategic leadership, asset development, board relations, and organizational management. The successful candidate will serve as the primary spokesperson, elevate the company's brand, and build strong community partnerships. They will also oversee all aspects of the organization's operations, ensure financial stability, and lead a high-performing team. The CEO is expected to be a change agent, comfortable with complexity, and committed to the values of the organization. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a background in community philanthropy, large/complex nonprofits, or related fields is preferred. The role demands a leader with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and mentor staff.
