The Company is seeking a Chief Quality Officer for its Southern Colorado region. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for providing vision, leadership, and oversight of the quality program in alignment with the organization's mission and values. This role involves identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and executing quality and safety initiatives, and collaborating with organizational leaders to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and patient experience. The Chief Quality Officer will also be involved in the regional implementation of system-driven quality and safety priorities, serving as a subject matter expert in process improvement, clinical safety, and regulatory issues, and fostering relationships with external agencies on quality and safety initiatives. Candidates for the Chief Quality Officer position must have a medical degree from an accredited institution, at least 5 years' of relevant experience in progressive medical leadership roles, and be board-certified in a clinical specialty area. The role requires an individual with a strong background in quality and safety, including experience in change management, and the ability to lead and support continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of championing service excellence. Responsibilities also include the development and mentoring of quality and safety leaders, as well as collaboration across multiple functions to maintain a focus on quality and safety.
