Head of Operations

Key responsibilities include directing overall operational strategies, long-range resource forecasting, and facility oversight, as well as optimizing capacity, scheduling workflows, and staff utilization to meet key performance metrics. The role also involves establishing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance with international standards, and leading risk mitigation programs. Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline, with a preference for mechanical or systems engineering. A proven track record in implementing and managing comprehensive quality management systems and audit frameworks is essential, as is experience in data analysis, operational reporting, and exposure to modern AI-assisted operational tools.
