Chief of Staff

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the operational and strategic management of the organization. This senior position is designed for a professional with a background in management consulting or investment banking, who is exceptionally organized, structured, and disciplined, with a strong ability to follow through on tasks. The successful candidate will be the right hand to the CEO and senior management team, driving the execution of a wide range of cross-departmental strategic and operational initiatives. Key responsibilities include serving as a central operational point of contact, owning the preparation and follow-up of key operating meetings, and monitoring business performance against objectives. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in supporting the leadership team on high-impact deliverables, such as market analyses, business cases, and investor presentations. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 2-4 years' of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or investment banking, and be at a pre-MBA or equivalent career stage. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical and problem-structuring skills, who is comfortable with financial and business analysis, and can hold senior stakeholders accountable for commitments. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, and proficiency in Dutch is a plus. The Chief of Staff will be based in the Netherlands and must be willing to work on-site in Enschede a minimum of two days per week.
