Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its next phase of growth and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, particularly in the smart home and home energy management market, and for guiding the development of the platform to align with the company's ambition of becoming a global platform business. This role requires a leader with a strong background in product and technology, who can make strategic decisions about the business model and is comfortable with the complexities of a technology-driven ecosystem. The CEO will also be tasked with managing the relationship with the company's strategic partner, ensuring that the product and commercial strategies are in harmony with the partner's direction. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in a leadership role, with a focus on product and technology, and at least 10 years' experience in a technology-driven business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of platform or ecosystem business models, and a strong affinity for smart home, IoT, or home energy management technology. Experience in a similar role under private equity or strategic investor ownership is essential, with a preference for those who have worked with an Asian parent company or manufacturer. The role demands a leader who is both product-driven and commercially minded, capable of making decisions that balance the needs of the business with the demands of a global market. The CEO will be expected to work closely with the management team, which is composed of experienced leaders in their respective domains, and to report to the Board of Directors and the strategic partner.
