Associate Vice President, Control Room & Asset Management Compliance

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Compliance to provide essential support in the Control Room and Asset Management functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of compliance activities, including offering advisory services on compliance matters, handling tasks related to fund setup, and ensuring ongoing compliance monitoring and training. This role also involves the establishment of compliance-related policies and procedures, as well as communication and management of inquiries from regulators. Applicants must hold a degree in business, accounting, law, or a related discipline, and have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in the relevant compliance areas. Familiarity with SFC regulations is a must, and previous experience in regulatory bodies is advantageous. The role requires the ability to work independently, with a preference for candidates who have experience in handling regulators' inspections and inquiries. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese is essential, along with strong interpersonal, communication, and team player skills. The position is permanent and full-time, with a focus on legal and compliance within the financial services industry.
