The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Regulatory Compliance to provide essential support in the areas of control room and asset management functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of compliance activities, including offering advisory services on compliance matters, handling compliance tasks related to fund setup, and ensuring ongoing compliance monitoring and training. The role also involves the establishment of compliance-related policies and procedures, as well as communication and management of inquiries from regulators. Applicants must hold a degree in business, accounting, law, or a related discipline, and have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in the specified compliance areas. Familiarity with relevant SFC regulations is a must, and previous experience in regulatory bodies is considered an advantage. The role requires the ability to work independently, with a preference for candidates who have experience in handling regulators' inspections and inquiries. Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Cantonese is essential, along with good interpersonal, communication, and team player skills.
