The Company is in search of a Head of Strategic Planning and Business Management to join its Chief Executive Office. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the organization's long-term strategy, driving key business initiatives, and supporting executive decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of corporate strategy, business plans, and long-term growth initiatives. They will work closely with the CEO, senior executives, and key stakeholders to formulate growth strategies, monitor business performance, and drive strategic transformation. The role also involves leading annual strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management processes, as well as providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and Board-level committees. Applicants for the Head of Strategic Planning and Business Management position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or other postgraduate qualifications being highly advantageous. A minimum of 15 years' experience in banking, financial services, management consulting, or related functions is required, along with a strong understanding of commercial banking businesses and the Hong Kong banking landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, business management, and transformation, and experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executive management. Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities are essential, as are exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and Chinese, with a preference for Cantonese and Mandarin, is also necessary for this role.
