The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting new student headcount, net tuition revenue, and class profile targets. This role is pivotal in the operational systems that convert interest into enrolled students, with a focus on recruitment across diverse populations and the integration of financial aid strategy. The AVP EM will direct undergraduate and graduate admissions operations, financial aid strategy, and the Welcome Center and campus visit operations. They must be adept at holding a funnel target, running a Title IV compliance shop, and be outcomes-driven, with a strong emphasis on the seamless transition from admit to enroll. Applicants for the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management position at the company should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years' progressive leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions, or financial aid.
