Head of Supply Chain, Planning

The Company is in search of a strategic Head of Supply Chain (Planning) to lead end-to-end planning operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the overall supply chain planning strategy in alignment with business growth objectives. This high-impact leadership role involves overseeing demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes to ensure seamless product availability and operational efficiency. The Head of Supply Chain will also be tasked with leading, mentoring, and elevating a team of supply chain managers and executives, driving a culture of continuous improvement, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive supply chain experience within the FMCG industry, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership capacity. The role requires a proven track record in people leadership, technical expertise in demand and supply planning, inventory control, and S&OP/IBP frameworks, as well as proficiency in major ERP systems and advanced planning tools. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management, communication, strategic agility, and problem-solving capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential, with a Master's degree or APICS/CPIM certification being a plus. The Head of Supply Chain will be expected to drive digital transformation and process optimization within planning systems and establish and monitor key performance metrics.
