Vice President, Global Allocations

The Company is in search of a Vice President to join its Global Allocations Team within the Corporate Strategy Group. This role is pivotal in the design and oversight of the firm's investment allocation framework, ensuring disciplined capital deployment across various investment strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key components of the global allocations initiative, including the development of governance frameworks, processes, and systems to support centralized investment allocations. They will also oversee EMEA investment allocations, serve as a subject matter expert on the fund complex, and conduct pre-trade allocation and compliance analysis. The role involves close collaboration with legal, compliance, and investment teams to optimize capital allocation and manage portfolio constraints. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with 5-7 years' of experience in investing, portfolio management, investment allocations, or portfolio compliance, and a minimum of 10 years' of industry experience. Strong familiarity with credit and alternative investment structures, as well as experience with alternative credit transactions, is essential. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is also necessary. The Vice President will be expected to partner closely with various teams to ensure the disciplined execution of allocation decisions and to be at the forefront of new process creation and implementation within the newly centralized global team.
