The Company is seeking a VP, International IT Engagement and M&A Integrations to join their global IT department. This senior leadership role is pivotal in serving as the primary operational and strategic interface for all international IT activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for IT operations leadership, ensuring service excellence, and driving local customer satisfaction outcomes. Additionally, the role involves acting as the main IT interface for M&A integrations, overseeing the IT workstream for global M&A activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. The VP will also be a key support to the Global Head of IT Operations, contributing to organizational strategy, budgeting, and resource management. Candidates for this role must have significant senior IT leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing IT operations across multiple international regions. Essential qualifications include a strong background in IT service management, experience in leading IT workstreams within M&A transactions, and a deep understanding of IT compliance and regulatory requirements in international contexts. The ideal candidate will be a business-facing technology leader, with sound commercial acumen and the ability to manage sizeable IT budgets. Desirable qualifications include experience in the live entertainment, hospitality, venues, or media/content industries, and familiarity with enterprise platforms and tooling.
