Candidates for the CTO position at the company should have a proven track record in a top technical role, with experience in leading an engineering and product group of 50 to 200 people. The ideal candidate will be technically current, have a strong background in AI, and be adept at building and nurturing a high-performing engineering team. While an energy background is not mandatory, a genuine curiosity about the market is essential.
