Head of Capital Markets

The Company is seeking a Head of Capital Markets to lead the firm's equity and debt capital raising efforts, with a focus on supporting the expansion of its multifamily investment pipeline in the Southeast. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for capital partners, responsible for originating, cultivating, and managing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and equity partners. This role demands a high level of proficiency in transaction structuring, negotiation, and communication, as well as a proven track record in capital markets. The Head of Capital Markets will work closely with the Chief Investment Officer to drive fundraising strategy, structure innovative capital solutions, and ensure the company's brand is effectively promoted in the market. Applicants for the Head of Capital Markets position at the company should have a BS/BA degree, with a CFA, M.S., and/or MBA preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' of experience in commercial real estate capital markets, fundraising, or institutional investor relations. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in real estate loan financing, a high level of proficiency in MS Office, Yardi, and Argus, and excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
