Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned finance leader with a robust manufacturing background, deep expertise in FP&A, and a proven track record of collaborating with business leaders to enhance performance and drive value. This role is pivotal in establishing a disciplined finance operating model that integrates forecasting, controls, capital allocation, and strategic decision-making. The Vice President of Finance will serve as the senior finance leader, providing strategic financial guidance, and will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and capital allocation activities. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, particularly in a manufacturing setting, is required. The role demands a strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, margins, and manufacturing operations, as well as a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
