Head of Supply Chain Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Management to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive supply chain strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory. This role is pivotal in supporting the production ramp-up and future capacity expansion, and the Head of Supply Chain will be tasked with building and managing the supplier base for key raw materials, driving localization and dual/multi-sourcing initiatives, and leading commercial negotiations. Collaboration with R&D, engineering, and quality teams is essential for material validation, NPI, and supplier improvement. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of supply chain experience, with a strong background in battery, energy storage, or related electrochemical manufacturing. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in supplier development, localization, commercial negotiation, and production ramp-up, as well as experience in working with technical teams on material qualification and supplier quality issues. Previous people-management experience in supply chain functions and fluency in English for communication with international stakeholders are also necessary. Experience in battery manufacturing, advanced energy storage technologies, or electrochemical products is advantageous. The Head of Supply Chain will be expected to establish and monitor supply chain KPIs and to build and lead a supply chain team while coordinating with the company's overseas headquarters and international suppliers.
