Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic evolution of its technology landscape. The successful candidate will be a key executive leader, responsible for developing and executing a forward-looking technology strategy that aligns with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and long-term growth objectives. This includes maximizing existing technology investments, leading enterprise systems and supply chain technology optimization, and supporting the organization's growth through acquisition and transformation. The CIO will also be tasked with advancing data, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities, establishing a comprehensive cybersecurity and compliance framework, and fostering a culture of innovation and process improvement. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior technology role. Experience in supply chain-driven industries such as food and beverage, consumer products, or manufacturing is essential. The role requires a leader with a strong business mindset, technical expertise in enterprise technology environments, and a proven track record in enterprise technology transformation and supporting organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in ERP platforms, business intelligence, and cloud infrastructure, and be adept at leading change management initiatives and building strong partnerships across the organization.
