The Company is seeking a Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO) to lead the strategic alignment of digital and technology capabilities with the organization's ambitious growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating technology, digital, informatics, data, analytics, and AI execution, establishing governance, and ensuring that the digital infrastructure supports clinical operations, consumer access, virtual care, and advanced analytics. This role is pivotal in driving the practical value of AI and automation in clinical and operational settings and advancing population health and value-based care. The CDIO will also play a key role in building the digital, data, AI, and informatics foundation for the company's evolving academic mission, particularly in partnership with a leading medical school. The ideal CDIO for the company will be a pragmatic executive, capable of balancing innovation with operational reliability, cybersecurity, and responsible governance. They should be a visible and trusted enterprise partner, with a people-centered approach, and a focus on modernizing the technology portfolio to improve the experience of patients and caregivers. The role requires a leader who can translate technology investments into measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes, and who is committed to the mission of the organization.
