Head of Enterprise Data Strategy

The Company is seeking a Head of Enterprise Data Strategy to lead the regional data governance and accelerate analytics capabilities across multiple markets. This high-impact leadership role involves spearheading the regional data strategy, architecting core foundational data assets, and partnering with cross-functional leadership to ensure the delivery of a high-performing data strategy that meets business demands. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct end-to-end program delivery governance, managing a portfolio of regional initiatives, and leading a team of data analysts and product owners to build sustainable regional data capabilities. Applicants must have a proven track record in architecting and overseeing modern data capability and governance frameworks, as well as leading large-scale regional data analytics transformation programs. Deep domain experience in the insurance or broader financial services sectors is essential. The role requires experience in leading and developing diverse teams across geographic locations, and the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at an executive level. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, and at least 10 years of experience in data governance, enterprise data strategy, business strategy, AI, machine learning, risk, and leadership.
