Associate Vice President, Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking

The Company is seeking an Associate to AVP Relationship Manager for a permanent position in Tokyo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of major Japanese corporate clients, acting as a key point of contact to understand their financing, treasury, and strategic requirements. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, coordinating banking solutions for both domestic and cross-border transactions, and building trusted partnerships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years' experience in corporate banking, relationship management, credit, structured finance, or a related banking function, with a solid knowledge of corporate lending, financial analysis, and credit assessment. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required, along with native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
