Head of Strategy & Commerce

The Company is seeking a Head of Strategy & Commerce to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to make the Netherlands sustainably accessible to all. The successful candidate will be the right-hand person to the CCO, leading a diverse range of strategic and commercial issues that directly impact the daily lives of over a million travelers. This senior leadership position requires a professional with a strong background in connecting strategy, commerce, data, IT, and operations, particularly with a focus on execution. The role involves setting the course for the company's future offerings, collaborating with the sector, and managing multiple revenue streams. The Head of Strategy & Commerce will also be responsible for portfolio management, providing direction on propositions, pricing, and distribution, and leading a large team to ensure that initiatives and propositions align to enhance customer value and mobility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of work experience, with a significant portion in strategy consulting, followed by commercial roles in the corporate sector. They must be adept at connecting and empathetic people management, as well as being organizationally sensitive stakeholder managers.
