Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, Power Markets

The Company is seeking a Vice President M&A with a focus on power markets, particularly in the Austrian and Central and Eastern European regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including the origination, structuring, and negotiation of various deal types. This role requires a strong background in the renewable energy sector, with a specific emphasis on solar, wind, and BESS assets, as well as a deep understanding of revenue models and project finance structures. The Vice President will also be instrumental in driving deal origination, maintaining relationships with key market players, and leading a team of professionals in the M&A function. Applicants for the Vice President M&A position at the company should have 5-7 years' of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a proven track record of leading transactions to completion. A strong understanding of European energy markets and regulatory environments is essential, with a particular focus on the Austrian and Central and Eastern European regions.
